We want you to love your purchase. Please read our guidelines on returns, inspections, and exchanges.

Inspection at Delivery

Product(s) purchased from BeautyMart.lk should be inspected at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery rider.

Important: If you notice any issue with the item(s), please hand it back to the rider immediately. Complaints made after the delivery rider has left will not be accepted.

How to File a Complaint

You are advised to log a complaint through one of the following contacts immediately and obtain a complaint reference number for follow-up:

When are complaints accepted?

Complaints will be accepted under the following specific circumstances:

  • Damaged GoodsPackaging or product is visibly damaged upon arrival.
  • Formulation IssuesChanges in formulation, such as unusual appearance, separation, or unpleasant odour.
  • Insufficient Shelf LifeProducts with less than two (2) months of remaining shelf life will be eligible for complaint.
  • Allergic ReactionsSubject to specific terms and conditions (see section below).
  • Change of MindProducts may be exchanged within three (3) days of receipt. Items must be in resalable condition with all original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for items that are not in resalable condition.

Allergy-Related Complaints

We understand that certain products may not suit every skin type. Customers are encouraged to review ingredient lists carefully and consult our support team before purchase.

  • Any allergic reaction must be reported within 48 hours of first use.
  • BeautyMart.lk will arrange a refund or replacement for the specific product that caused the reaction.
  • Product information (ingredients/usage) is provided by manufacturers. Customers with specific ingredient concerns should consult a medical professional.

Refund Methods & Costs

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges for returns will not be borne by BeautyMart.lk and must be covered by the customer.

Processing

Once a complaint is lodged via hotline or email, it is forwarded to our customer care department for immediate handling.

Refund Method

If the issue is not due to a fault on the part of BeautyMart.lk, no monetary refunds will be provided. Refunds will only be issued as an exchange for another product or a coupon code for future use.
